Integration charges: USD 25$ per property. Zero Integration charges if the integration is done by the Hotelier or its appointed web developer.

Terms and Conditions:
- Hoteliers are required to make a 24 month usage commitment and sign an agreement.
- Charges will appear on your customer’s credit card statement as www.resavenue.com/charge.
- ResAvenue fees per transaction shall be the 6% (excluding applicable taxes) of the Reservation Amount of every reservation generated through ResAvenue. The 6% shall be charged at the time of booking and your cardholder / customer shall be informed that the charge is a “Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit of Total Room/Package Charge”. The Hotelier can charge the 94% of Remaining Room Charges, plus any service charges and local taxes through the customer's credit card provided by ResAvenue at the hotel counter at any time. If there is a No show, cancellation etc., the Hotelier can charge the customers card as per the Hotel Property's Cancellation / No show policy.
- Hotel Reservation staff shall be informed of the reservations in real time through email / Fax / SMS. Complete details of the reservation including the card number information will be conveyed by ResAvenue to enable the Hotel to charge the remainder amount and other charges.
Fax Reservation Advise
For hotels located in areas where Internet Services are unreliable, ResAvenue® is enabled for automated email to fax service which will provide a printout facility of the Internet Reservation on the properties front office fax number.

* The charges for the Email to Fax service is subject to change as the service is provided through third party providers. Please note that although the network extends to 50 countries these services may not be available to all users everywhere.
